Terms of use

Last updated: 12 June 2026

martynslaw.app is a preparation and document-management tool. It is not legal advice, not official guidance, not official certification, not SIA approval and not a guarantee of compliance. The responsible person must review and approve all documents before use.

What martynslaw.app is

martynslaw.app is a preparation and document-management workspace for UK venues and event organisers getting ready for the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025. It provides readiness tooling: scope checking with cited guidance, capacity evidence records, draft procedures, staff briefing records and an evidence trail.

What martynslaw.app is not

The responsible person remains responsible for their premises and events, and for reviewing and approving every document before use. Outputs are indicative and prepared from your answers and the official guidance sources cited; commencement dates, duties and guidance may change.

Your responsibilities

You confirm the information you enter is accurate to the best of your knowledge, you hold the rights to any documents you upload, and you will review all generated material before relying on it. You must not use martynslaw.app to store information you are not entitled to hold.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your sign-in email secure — sign-in links grant access to your workspace. Do not attempt to access other organisations’ data, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or use the service to send unsolicited messages.

Early access

martynslaw.app is in active development ahead of the Act’s commencement. Features may change, and the service is provided as-is during this period. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect your stored records.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, martynslaw.app is not liable for losses arising from decisions made without the responsible person’s own review and approval of documents, or from changes to official guidance.
